Danielle Santos is responsible for property management across the entire portfolio. Her responsibilities include management, leasing, maintenance, and developing value-add strategies that lead to growth and financial performance.

Prior to Sridhar Equities, Danielle was Director of Operations at U.S Art Show Productions, where she was managing production crews for trade show organizations. Additionally, she was a member of the build crew for Extraordinary Structures, a tiny home design build company.

Danielle holds a B.A. in Anthropology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from CSU Humboldt. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping.
