Carol Santos is responsible for the Company’s real estate development and asset management activities. Over the last 10 years, she has personally overseen the repositioning of over $300 million of real estate. Currently she is entitling and developing several office and multifamily projects. Additionally, she manages bottom line profitability through disciplined process improvement.

Prior to Sridhar Equities, Ms. Santos spent several years in the accounting field, working for a CPA firm and running her own bookkeeping firm.
