Joe Nigos leads business development efforts at Sridhar Equities, focusing on targeted acquisitions and dispositions that drive the firm’s continued growth. Since joining the company in 2016, his strategic investment initiatives have expanded Sridhar’s equity position by more than 3.3x.
Mr. Nigos has executed over $1 billion in real estate transactions across a diverse range of asset classes. Prior to Sridhar Equities, he served as Director at Newmark Cornish & Carey (now Newmark Knight Frank), where he closed more than $350 million in transaction volume. He began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he developed many brokerage relationships that continue to drive opportunities today. Mr. Nigos earned his B.A. in Sociology from San Jose State University, where he was a four-year starter and defensive lineman on the football team.
